4) Assisting the Project team in handling all correspondences of contractual or commercial nature.

5) Developing a set of guidelines, the aim of which is to organize the execution of the contractual and commercial related activities, for personnel to follow up from the start of the Project up to close-out.

6) Supporting and coordinating with the planning team in the planning tasks related to Contracts

7) Assisting the Project team in the management of variations

8) Assisting the Project team in the preparation of the needed correspondence and notices in the project for any future claims with the Client

9) Supporting the Estimation Department in the preparing of bids, as related to the contracts

10) Reviewing the terms and conditions of the bids being priced by client, from a contractual and commercial perspective, and producing a bidding risk report for the clients o take into consideration in the pricing and the preparation of the offer to be submitted for each bid

11) Reviewing the final agreement being presented for signature, to ensure that the same is an exact reflection of the tender documents, tender bulletins and clarifications, and subsequent discussions and agreements, prior to the client management signature of the subject agreement

12) Assisting the Project team in the management of the Projects

13) Carrying out all other tasks of contractual or commercial nature.
